Terms & Policy

GENERAL

1 – Unused ornaments can be exchanged without losing making charges within 7days of purchase at our showroom. Provided the ornament is in the exact same condition as it was at the time of purchase.
2- The original bill has to be submitted at the time of sale return / exchange
3- We are not responsible for any loss due to mishandling of ornaments,which may cause breakage of article or falling of stones. Kindly ensure to recheck your article at the time of delivery.
4- Items damaged due to mishandling can only be repaired ,not replaced
5- Ordered or selected items has to be collected within 30 days from the date of order is ready.
6- 7 days exchange policy is not applicable for ordered or customised items.
7- In case, the customer wish to cancel the order when the order is ready to deliver or in the manufacturing process, then the customer has to bear the making charges, and stone or beads charges if applicable.
8- Repairs and alterations of customers jewellery will be undertaken at customer’s risk.
9- If payment is made by local cheque or DD, delivery of the item purchased will be made only after realization of the cheque or DD. Taxes and other levies if applicable
10- Producing of pan card at the time of billing is mandatory for purchase above 2 lakhs above in cash.

EXCHANGE/BUYBACK POLICIES

1- Buyback of used ornaments purchased from our store is subjected to prevailing gold rate at net weight of the article.( after removing stones, enamel and dust from the article).
2- Exchange/ buyback terms of silver articles are different from gold articles. It has various categories and every category has a different rate. Our sale representative will assist you with the best value of your article if you wish to exchange or resell.
3- Articles which were not purchased from our store can only be exchanged against a new one. There is no cash refund in this case.
4- There is no buyback of birth stones ,semi precious stones and synthetic stones.
5- Gift articles MRP articles once sold cannot be exchanged.
6- When diamond jewellery is exchanged against a new one,
a) Diamonds of the old jewellery purchased from our store will be valued at 90% of the prevailing diamond rate as on date of exchange or resell.
b) Diamond jewellery which was not purchased from our store will be eligible for exchange after it meets all the required quality parameters. (we do not encourage cash refund in this case)
c) Making charges will be deducted if the jewellery is exchanged after 7 days of purchase.
d) Authenticity certificate of diamond and platinum jewellery has to be produced at the time of exchange or resell otherwise additional 2.5 % will be deducted from the diamond value.
e) Solitaire diamond’s resell / exchange varies from time to time. kindly contact the respective person in the showroom for best valuation of your solitaire.
7- Buyback and exchange terms might vary from time to time. We request you to kindly contact our showroom when you wish to resell or exchange.
8- Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru only.
